About Us

 For more than 130 years, the Presbyterian Church in Hammonton has been a place where faith, fellowship, and community come together. As we recently celebrated our 130th anniversary, we reflected on the many changes and seasons of growth our church family has experienced over the years. While much has evolved, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to sharing God's love through faith, friendship, teamwork, and service.
Our church is more than a place to worship each Sunday—it is a place to belong. We strive to be a welcoming community where everyone can find comfort, encouragement, and acceptance. Whether you are exploring your faith for the first time, looking for a church home, or returning after time away, you will find open hearts and open doors here.
Our mission is simple: to serve God by serving others. We believe we are called to listen with compassion, offer healing where it is needed, lend a helping hand, and share God's love with all people. Through worship, outreach, and acts of service, we seek to be Christ's hands and feet in our community and beyond.
We are also passionate about helping children and families grow in faith together. Our Sunday School features engaging classrooms with caring, enthusiastic teachers who help children discover God's love and power through Bible stories, hands-on activities, and meaningful lessons. We also provide a safe, nurturing nursery for infants and toddlers, so parents can participate in worship knowing their little ones are lovingly cared for.
No matter your age or where you are on your faith journey, there is a place for you here. We invite you to join us as we worship, serve, grow, and walk together in God's love.
