Our Mission and Vision

Our Mission

We are committed to following Jesus Christ by walking and talking as He did, glorifying God, and growing His Church through faith, love, and service. We proclaim the Good News of the Gospel through both our words and our actions, sharing Christ's hope, grace, and promises with all people.

Through worship, prayer, Christian education, stewardship, and compassionate outreach, we seek to strengthen our congregation, build disciples, and serve as the hands and feet of Christ. We are dedicated to reaching those who are searching for hope, healing, love, purpose, and belonging, while supporting individuals and families through life's joys and challenges. As a church family, we strive to serve our community wherever and whenever we can, reflecting God's love in all we do.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a welcoming, Christ-centered church where all can experience the love, grace, and hope of Jesus Christ. We desire to see our church family grow by reaching people of every generation, children, youth, young adults, and families, while welcoming everyone who walks through our doors. We believe that every person is created in the image of God and is worthy of love, dignity, and compassion.

We envision a church where people find faith, friendship, healing, and purpose, a place where no one has to walk alone. We are committed to supporting those facing mental health challenges, loneliness, grief, addiction, financial hardship, and other struggles by offering encouragement, prayer, and the hope found in Christ.

As we carry the light and love of Jesus into our community, we seek to serve with compassion, build meaningful relationships, and help people discover their place within God's family. Through worship, Christian education, fellowship, outreach, and service, we strive to be a church where lives are transformed, families are strengthened, communities are cared for, and all people are invited to grow in faith and share in the mission of Jesus Christ.  We welcome all people into the life and ministry of the presbyterian church at Hammonton . We celebrate the diversity of God's people and invite everyone; regardless of race, culture, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or socioeconomic status, education, political views, physical or mental ability, health, or faith background.

Genesis 9:6: "Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind.

We Care About You

We Care About You
No matter what you're facing, you don't have to face it alone. At the Presbyterian Church at Hammonton, we believe every person is deeply loved by God and deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for. Whether you're celebrating life's blessings or walking through a difficult season, our church family is here to pray with you, support you, and remind you that you are never alone.
As Scripture reminds us:
"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience." — Colossians 3:12
"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2
Our doors—and our hearts—are always open. We are here to listen, to encourage, and to walk alongside you with the love and compassion of Christ.
